I found the staff very professional. The room included a box of chocolates. The rooftop lounge provided views of the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque.
The breakfast array was only moderate.

fantastic hotel stay!
helpful staff great breakfast easy walking comfy bed
the staff was helpful in arranging things for us. the breakfast had great choices. the location allowed easy walking to local spots and ferries. the rooftop bar provides lovely views!!! the super large and comfy bed offered very nice rest.
the room had a slightly weird smell. i suspect it was from the drains. it wasn't strong, but noticeable.

wonderful stay at a refurbished bank
spacious closet excellent location
i was very comfortable with my room. it featured an enormous walk-in closet with a separate shower. the location was a short distance from the galata tower and north of the galata bridge. the ferry port and the t1 tram line were easily accessible.
the hotel limited the use of the single $100 credit to the first portion of our visit though. they were simultaneously treating the full three nights as one stay to deny the second credit. it was inconsistent and inflexible.

my room had 16' ceilings with meticulous artwork displayed from floor to ceiling. it also included a minibar stocked with local beverages and snacks, with a taste of local flavors.

the hotel's rooftop bar provided excellent views with exquisite service, with a wide selection of turkish wines, alongside tasty hors d'oeuvres. the staff promptly replenished nespresso capsules once they were used, showing care for guest comfort.
